This production line is used to produce sofa leather, nylon tape, waterproof cloth, luggage leather, clothing leather and etc.
1.It is composed of four- roll calender, cooling device, auto-cutting & winding up device, etc.
2.Rolls adopt peripheral drill structure with heat grinding treatment, single motor and single drive with stable transmission and adjustable speed.
3.Axis cross ,pre-loading，pull-back device are set to ensure the product’s precision.
4.Control system adopts PLC, safety and reliability , easy operation and high automation.
