1.Rolls are made of chilled cast iron alloy, including hollow roll and peripheral drilled roll .
2.It is adopt hydraulic roll nip-adjustment system .
3.Driven by DC or AC motor and single motor or double motor can be chosen.
4.Equipped with PLC programmable control, through the touch screen can realize the automatic switching of mixing, thin pass, sheeting and other different processes.
5.Equipped with emergency stop button, chest touch switch, pull rope switch and other safety devices to ensure safety.
6.Stock blender is optional according to the processing procedure.
